Do I Need to Renew My BOC-3 Annually?

Once a BOC-3 is filed with the FMCSA, it does not expire as long as the motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder remains in active status and there are no changes to the designated agents. However, if there are changes to the designated agents or if the carrier changes its business status, a new BOC-3 form would need to be filed.
